USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Place a cotton pad against the pump and press 2 to 3 times to soak it. Wipe gently over the eyes, then the face and neck, to remove all traces of makeup and impurities. Repeat with a clean cotton pad if necessary. Do not rinse.
